A Red Cross team of 35 out-of-state volunteers arrived Monday in Fargo to help during the expected spring flood.
The arrival of Red Cross personnel gives relief to more than 40 local Minn-Kota Chapter volunteers, who have delivered nearly 11,000 meals and 45,000 snacks to volunteers in Cass and Clay Counties since Feb. 4.
