RED WING, Minn. - This city will host its first Hot Air Balloon Festival June 20-22. Plans call for a series of three balloon launches throughout the weekend.
Visitors are welcome to observe and take photographs. Music will also be featured through the weekend. The balloons will be featured in conjunction with the Red Wing Arts Association's "Plein Air Arts Festival," which features artists painting outdoors at various locations through the city, among other events.
