Moorhead city officials have scheduled a public forum on proposed changes to the city's rental registration program at 7 p.m. today.
The meeting will be in the Birkeland Lounge of the Olson Forum Building on the Concordia College campus.
The City Council is considering a variety of proposals to tighten standards on rental units and to raise the fees to register them.
