BARNESVILLE, Minn. - The newly resurfaced eastbound lanes of Interstate 94 between Barnesville and Clay County Road 10 near Downer have reopened to traffic.
Motorists will still encounter occasional lane closures near Barnesville while crews finish striping work along the westbound lanes and removing temporary crossovers.
