WAHPETON, N.D. - Authorities have identified a man and a woman killed in Richland County crash.
Steven M. Anderson and Kimberly S. Anderson, both 49, were killed when their minivan went off a county road, hit a tree and went into the Wild Rice River between Colfax and Abercrombie according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported just before 7 a.m. Thursday and is believed to have happened overnight.
Steven M. Anderson was ejected from the vehicle, while Kimberly S. Anderson remained inside. Neither was wearing a seat belt, according to the release.
