Risk assessment for Fargo sex offenders changes, another moves to Indiana

Adam Nicholas Anderson, formerly considered a moderate risk to reoffend, is now deemed high risk by the state's Risk Assessment Committee. He lives at 1372 32nd St. S.

Anderson was convicted in 2007 in Cass County of corruption of a minor, his victim a 16-year-old female acquaintance.

John Darin Davison, who had been a moderate risk, is now assessed as a low risk. He lives at 411 Broadway.

Davison was convicted in 1998 in Cass County of gross sexual imposition, his victim a female relative under the age of 15.

Jamie Edward Collier, a moderate-risk offender, has moved from Fargo to Beach Grove, Ind. Before he moved, he was homeless.

Collier was convicted in 2001 in Stutsman County of gross sexual imposition. His victim was a female acquaintance under the age of 15.
