JAMESTOWN, N.D. - A 66-year-old man is dead after being thrown from a pickup truck in a rollover crash on I-94 near Jamestown.
According to a report from the North Dakota Highway Patrol, troopers responded to a of a Toyota Tacoma pickup truck driving recklessly in the westbound lane of I-94 around 7:19 p.m. on Wednesday, May 29.
The Toyota then left the road, driving in the median briefly before reentering the road.
Shortly after getting back in to the westbound lane, the truck spun out of control and rolled multiple times before coming to a stop about 11 miles east of Jamestown.
The driver was ejected from the truck and pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to the Highway Patrol.

The Highway Patrol closed off the right westbound lane of I-94 for two hours as they investigated the crash and cleared the scene.
The Stutsman County Sheriff's Office, Barnes County Sheriff's Office, Jamestown Ambulance, and Jamestown Rural Fire also responded to the crash
Investigators do not believe alcohol was involved in the incident.
The drivers identity is being withheld until his family is notified.
