Daniel Wenner has been promoted to executive director of the Rural Minnesota Concentrated Employment Plan, a nonprofit agency that provides employment development services in 19 counties in northcentral Minnesota.
Wenner will establish policy and provide leadership under the agency's board of directors' guidance. He also will provide information about the agency to the public, media and local, state and federal officials. He previously worked as a planning specialist for the agency and graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
