Bill Russell has been promoted to executive vice president of banking services at State Bank and Trust.
A graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead, Russell has worked in banking for 23 years and has been with State Bank and Trust for 14 years.
He previously served as a mortgage loan officer, commercial lender, south branch manager and most recently senior vice president of retail banking.
