Ole Rygg and Denise Hellekson of The Village Business Institute have completed Level 1 mediation training through the Conflict Resolution Institute at St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minn.
The training presents a step-by-step approach to the mediation process and emphasizes the concepts, strategies and skills effective in resolving conflicts.
Hellekson is a consultant and trainer while Rygg is a human resources consultant and trainer with The Village Business Institute.
