Santa Village at Rheault Farm, 2902 25th St. S., Fargo, closed Monday after a successful 16th season.
Admission to Santa Village was free, but donations of canned food, toys or cash were encouraged.
This year 9,611 children and parents visited the village during its season, which ran Nov. 30 through Dec. 23. Visitors donated more than $1,500, which will be divided equally and given to the Holiday Clearing Bureau and the Children's Miracle Network.
More than 100 bags were filled with donated new and used toys for the American Legion Toy Project.
The Great Plains Food Bank received more than 150 crates of food, which equals approximately 7,500 pounds.

Santa Village is a program of the Fargo Park District. All items are distributed to needy people in Cass and Clay Counties.
