VERGAS, Minn. - The Republican Party of Otter Tail County has scheduled its annual convention at 9 a.m. Feb. 19 at the Vergas Community Center.
Former North Dakota Gov. Ed Schafer is slated to give the keynote address.
Party delegates and alternates will elect party leadership and consider changes to the local party constitution.
