DICKINSON, N.D.-The search for land on which to build the Theodore Roosevelt Center began Friday morning in an unlikely location-a tour bus.
Center members and its trustee committee invited the community to participate in a 12-site ride-along to scope out potential locations for the proposed project, with selection of a site possibly being made as soon as today.
"We haven't made any decisions as a board yet," trustee member Bruce Pitts said at the beginning of the tour. "We are going into this with a clean slate."
