WASHINGTON - Prairie Rose Seminole, Fargo, an enrolled tribal member of the Three Affiliated Tribes of North Dakota, will speak Monday at the Conference on Girls' Leadership and Civic Education at the White House Eisenhower Executive Office Building here.

Seminole's presentation is titled "New Ideas for Transforming Civic Education and Closing the Public Leadership Gap."

She served with the Metropolitan Youth Commission and the Human Relations Commission, both in Fargo, and is the cultural adviser for Sanford Health.
