A Fargo man who registers as a sex offender is accused of exposing himself to a female bank employee.

Gary Wayne Davis, 62, 1639 2nd Ave. S., is charged in Cass County District Court with indecent exposure, a Class C felony because of his criminal history. He appeared in court Monday and is in the Cass County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Court records say Davis had his pants unzipped and exposed himself to an employee of Gate City Bank while he was in her office on Sept. 14. Security camera footage shows this occurring four times.

Davis told police he may have scratched himself, but did not intentionally expose himself, court records say.

Davis registers as a sex offender for an indecent exposure conviction from Richland County, N.D.
