The Fargo Shanley High School graduate and University of North Dakota recruit shot a 1-under-par 71 on Wednesday to capture the Fargo-Moorhead Junior All-City golf tournament at Village Green Golf Course.

Thomas, who won The Forum All-City championship less than two weeks ago, finished the junior event with a three-day total of 213. University of North Dakota recruit Brock Buckellew of Moorhead and Fargo 14-year-old Thomas Strandemo finished tied for second with three-day totals of 217.
