The Clay County Sheriff's Department has released the identity of a 13-year-old rural Barnesville, Minn., boy who was killed Sunday when the all-terrain vehicle he was driving crashed.
Landon Arntson, son of Ellis and Lenora Arntson, was found by a family member on a gravel road about a half-mile from the family's home, Clay County Sheriff Bill Bergquist said.
Bergquist said it appeared that Arntson, who was pronounced dead at the scene, went into the ditch and struck an approach that was obscured by tall grass.
The incident was reported about 8 p.m. Sunday.
