Marilyn Manson's Web site, www.marilynmanson.com , reports the shock rocker will be playing the Fargo Civic Center on Nov. 5.

An official at the Civic Center said Manson has a hold on the date, but it won't be known until the middle of the month whether the show is a go.

The concert industry Web site, www.pollstar.com , has the Fargo date listed as part of the controversial singer's "Against All Gods" tour.

Manson is supporting the compilation "Lest We Forget," a collection of hits that includes "The Beautiful People" and "The Dope Show" as well as rarities such as a cover of Soft Cell's "Tainted Love."
