MAHNOMEN, Minn. - Loretta Lynn will perform at 8 p.m. Dec. 3 at the Shooting Star Casino here, and Sammy Kershaw will perform at 8 p.m. Dec. 17.
For 50 years, the "Coal Miner's Daughter" has fashioned a body of work that has inspired generations of country musicians. With 16 No. 1 hits including "Love Is the Foundation," "One's on the Way" and "She's Got You," Lynn has journeyed from the poverty of the Kentucky hills to Nashville superstardom to American icon.
Kershaw is a three-time Recording Industry Association of America platinum winner with No. 1 songs including "She Don't Know She's Beautiful," "Cadillac Style" and "Anywhere But Here."
Tickets for Lynn's performance range from $25 to $55 and will go on sale Nov. 1. Tickets for Kershaw's show range from $10 to $25 and go on sale Nov. 15.
