Judy Siegle, Fargo, has released a book, "Living Without Limits: 10 Keys to Unlocking the Champion in You."
The 200-page book tells how Siegle was injured in a car accident at age 18, and went on to wheelchair racing in 1993. She holds national records in four events for quadriplegic women.
Siegle is currently employed as a community relations specialist at MeritCare Health System, Fargo.
