DULUTH, Minn. - A sinkhole outside Duluth's main post office will take four to five days to repair, a spokesperson for the United States Postal Service said.
The sinkhole is roughly 6 feet to 7 feet in diameter and developed Friday evening, said Peter Nowacki, USPS spokesperson in Minneapolis.
"The contractor tells us a waterline from the building to the street was leaking underground and will need to be replaced," Nowacki said in an email to the News Tribune.
Repair has started and is expected to last through the week.
