Slippery conditions on Interstate 94 in Minnesota

MOORHEAD - The state Department of Transportation reports a few vehicles spun out of control between here and Alexandria on Interstate 94 as blustery winds continue creating slippery spots.

The National Weather Service issued a storm report today for Saturday's snow totals.

The highest total was 5 inches in Wadena, with 3 inches reported in Vergas, Sebeka and near Battle Lake.

Other amounts included 2 inches in Havana, N.D., and 1.3 inches in Breckenridge, Minn.

The forecast for the week ahead includes slight chances for snow on Monday and Wednesday, with temperatures warming up by the end of the week.
