Paul Sorenson has been named executive director of the North Dakota Republican Party, Chairman Gary Emineth announced Monday.
The Greentown, Ind., native was deputy director of operations for the 2008 Republican National Convention in St. Paul and his political experience includes work as a legislative assistant to former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert.
