Country music stars George Strait, Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw are on the bill for the three-day WE Fest Aug. 5 through 7 at Soo Pass Ranch near Detroit Lakes.

Also scheduled to appear, according to the festival's Web site, are Lorrie Morgan, Sawyer Brown, Trace Adkins, Blake Shelton, Blackhawk, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Suzy Bogguss and Tracy Byrd.

"We felt this was a year to put together more in 2004," WE Fest President Jeff Krueger said. "We thought it was time to make an aggressive move."

Krueger said there are currently seven country music acts that sell tickets and WE Fest has booked three of them -- Strait, McGraw and Chesney.

"We're doing a ton of sales right now," Krueger said. "It's been incredible."
