A West Fargo High School student faces up to 10 years in prison for selling marijuana in school.
Eric Robert Allen Sedevie, 18, 407 16th Ave. N.W., West Fargo, appeared Friday in Cass County District Court for selling marijuana March 5 to another student.
East Central District Judge Norman Backes set bail at $2,000 for Sedevie and appointed a public defender. Sedevie is scheduled to enter a plea in the case at a May 29 hearing.
Court records say police, responding to a call, found three students under 18 smoking marijuana on school grounds.
Officers arrested the three juveniles and a 17-year-old student told police he bought the marijuana from Sedevie for $25.
