The 23rd Annual Buena Vista Logging Days will be held 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday in Bemidji, Minn.
Activities include sleigh rides, live music, pancakes, lumberjack foods, horse-powered lumberjack demonstrations and loading of big sleighs using the methods of the early loggers.
Lumberjacks of the past are honored at 1:30 p.m.
Children's activities include a magic show, treasure hunt, golden horseshoe hunt, roping contests, lumberjack costume parade and prizes.
Admission is free for children 5 and under, $3 for ages 6 to 12 and $5 for ages 13 and older. Family rate is $20.
