THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn. - A Thief River Falls man is accused of sexually assaulting an 18-year-old woman on multiple occasions.
Senen Guerrero, 45, entered a not guilty plea Monday on three counts of criminal sexual conduct in state district court in Thief River Falls.
The charges were brought against him last week after the woman told police in August that Guerrero touched her inappropriately earlier in the year, according to court documents. Once, the victim said, Guerrero forcibly took off her clothing and performed oral sex on her without her consent, according to the affidavit of probable cause.
She told investigators that she never agreed to Guerrero’s actions and said “no” multiple times.
After one incident, Guerrero reportedly texted her, asking for forgiveness. He threatened to kill himself if she did not forgive him, the woman told investigators.

Guerrero admitted to the sexual encounters to police and also during a wire-tapped conversation with the victim, according to court records.
Guerrero appears to have coached soccer with Thief River Falls Soccer, as he is listed as a coach in a 2013 Facebook post by the group.
Two of the three counts charge Guerrero with using force or coercion and are third-degree feloniese. The third count is a fifth-degree gross misdemeanor.
