MINOT, N.D. - Three family members were all arrested on warrants at a Minot apartment over the weekend and taken to the Ward County Jail.
Lonnie Falcon, 49, Minot, was wanted in Grand Forks County on three felony counts of gross sexual imposition for allegedly having sexual contact with an 8-year-old girl at a Grand Forks apartment over an extended period.
Of the other two family members, Matthew Falcon, 33, had an active warrant in Rolette County for failure to pay fines and Stephen Falcon, 29, had a warrant for a probation violation from Ward County.
Minot Police Capt. John Klug said he didn’t know the exact relationship between the three men.
According to a police report, when officers first approached the apartment Saturday afternoon, they smelled marijuana and heard voices inside but no one answered the door. They obtained a search warrant and then took Lonnie Falcon into custody. After further investigation, police said they arrested the other two men. Lonnie Falcon was also arrested for possession of marijuana.
