MOORHEAD – Southbound traffic on Highway 75/Eighth Street South between 40th and 50th avenues in Moorhead has shifted to the west side of the road. A single lane remains open in each direction while crews work in the medians.
The four-lane expansion project is scheduled to be complete by mid-October.
