JAMESTOWN, N.D. - A train struck a man at a crossing here and he was flown to a Fargo hospital with a broken leg, police say.
David Robert Jorgenson, 55, whose address was not known, was on foot when he was struck by the BNSF train at a crossing about 12:45 a.m. Saturday, Lt. Bruce Judd said.
The incident, which involved alcohol, remains under investigation, police said.
