Fargo-based promoter Jade Presents announced an exclusive agreement to bring concerts to the Imagine Theatre stage starting with an Aug. 13 performance by The Blenders.

The a cappella group has strong ties with the theater. Founding singers Ryan Lance and Tim Kasper studied at the summer school, and the group performed in the 1990 staging of "The Music Man."

The August concert, which also features comic opener Scott Novotny, will be held in conjunction with a gala for FutureBuilders, the school's fundraising group.

Tickets for the show are $18 for a general admission spot on the lawn, $25 for general admission seating and $35 for reserved seating. For more information on these tickets call (800) 882-4275 or visit www.
