PARK RIVER, N.D. - Four teens and another driver were injured after a crash near here Friday night.

A vehicle Brian Kulaszewicz, 26, was driving injured two 18-year-olds after he failed to yield at an intersection, according to a North Dakota Highway Patrol release.

Kulaszewicz was traveling eastbound on Third Street in Park River when he drove through the intersection of Third and Code, striking another vehicle on the passenger side, the release said.

The other vehicle, driven by 18-year-old Skylar Nord, carried four other passengers, Jacob Sobolik, 18, and three female passengers, including two in the truck bed.

Kulaszewicz was transported to First Care in Park River before being airlifted to Sanford Health in Fargo.

Nord was injured and transported to First Care in Park River.

Both drivers were arrested for DUI.

Sobolik and two other female passengers were also injured and transported to First Care in Park River.

The crash is still under investigation.
