FARGO - Two sex offenders have moved to new addresses in Fargo, police said today in a news release.

Gary Wayne Davis is now living at the Cass County Jail after being arrested for a probation violation. He had been at 1122 2nd Ave. S.

Davis is a high-risk sex offender who has been convicted of indecent exposure twice in North Dakota - in Richland County in 1999 and in Cass County in 2007. He victimized adult females, and he must register as an offender for life.

Eugene Winford Hinson is at 1700 5th St. S., having moved from 731 Main Ave. W. in West Fargo.

Hinson was convicted of sexual assault in 1999 in Hillsborough County in Florida. He had three victims, all female acquaintances under the age of 15. He's a lifetime registrant who's been assessed as a moderate risk to reoffend.
