RANSOM COUNTY, N.D. - Two teenagers were injured Saturday night when the ATV they were riding in rolled on North Dakota Highway 27 here.
According to a news release from the patrol, the 2009 Polaris Ranger was eastbound in the south ditch of the highway near mile marker 13 about 7:45 p.m. when it struck an approach and rolled.
Both the driver, Brady A. Weight, 19, of Englevale, N.D., and his passenger, Kyle D. Lien, 19, were ejected from the vehicle. Weight was airlifted and Lien was transported by ambulance to Sanford Health in Fargo, the release said.
The ATV was totaled, and its occupants weren't wearing seat belts. The crash remains under investigation by the patrol.
