MOORHEAD - Police here say a 15-year-old boy suffered scrapes and bruises Tuesday when a car clipped the back tire of the bicycle he was riding.
The teenager was riding with a friend at about 6 p.m. at Third Street and 18th Avenue South when a vehicle described as a black two-door car with tinted windows hit his rear tire, Moorhead Police Lt. Tory Jacobson said
The car fled the scene, and police were unable to find it, he said.
