A Ulen, Minn., man pleaded guilty Friday in Fargo's U.S. District Court to possessing child pornography.

Hilary Anton Edwards, 38, was sentenced to 10 years in prison - followed by supervised release for life - by U.S. District Court Judge Ralph Erickson, U.S. Attorney Drew Wrigley said in a news release. Edwards will also be required to register as a sex offender and

Edwards admitted to possessing between 10 and 150 images of minors engaging in sexually explicit and violent conduct, the release said. The images were found last September on his work computer at a West Fargo business.

Edwards has a prior record that includes a robbery conviction, three convictions for sexual abuse of minors and failing to register as a sex offender.
