Steven Synhorst and Thomas Welle have been promoted to vice presidents for Ulteig Engineers Inc, Fargo.
Synhorst will serve as aviation sector leader. He joined the firm in 1989 and graduated from the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, in 1983.
Welle is sector leader for Ulteig's water/wastewater division. He has been a firm member for more than 14 years and graduated from North Dakota State University in 1991.
