GRAND FORKS — The Grand Forks Police Department seeks the public's help in locating a missing 12-year-old girl last seen Tuesday, Sept. 10.
Police describe Kailey Meadows as 4-foot-9 and 125 pounds with brown hair with green eyes.
Anyone who has seen her or with information is asked to call police at 701-787-8000.
