Moorhead police spokesman Capt. Deric Swenson said Bell's foster parents do not believe her disappearance is suspicious and that it is likely she ran away from home.

Police describe Bell as 5 feet 3 inches tall, 190 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Red River Regional Dispatch Center at 701-451-7660.
