The Minnesota State Patrol has identified the victim of a man who died when his vehicle ran off Interstate 94 and struck a concrete median barrier, said the Minnesota State Patrol.
Philip W. Symonds, 48, of Dilworth, was driving a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am eastbound on I-94 east of Exit 2 in Moorhead about 3 a.m. Sunday when the vehicle left the roadway, the patrol said.
Road conditions were dry at the time.
