Victim identified in Friday night crash near Enderlin

ENDERLIN, N.D. -- The name of a driver that died in a crash near Enderlin Friday night has been released.
A press release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol identified the victim as 35-year-old Joshua Ertelt of Enderlin. Ertelt was driving eastbound on Highway 46 when another vehicle, driven by 21-year-old Dylan Claus, also of Enderlin, was driving westbound on Highway 46. Claus was turning south on Highway 32 when his vehicle struck Ertelt’s vehicle head-on.
Claus was flown for medical treatment to a Fargo hospital. Ertelt was pronounced dead at the scene.
