The Minnesota State Patrol has identified a man killed in a two-vehicle crash Saturday near Euclid in Polk County.
Lloyd Ovnan, 64, of East Grand Forks, was driving a 2003 Olds Alero eastbound on County Road 21 when the car failed to stop at a stop sign and was struck in the passenger side by a 1995 Ford Ranger pickup northbound on U.S. Highway 75, according to a patrol news release.
Ovnan died as a result of the crash. The pickup's driver, Jerome Abel, 57, of Crookston, and his passenger, 36-year-old Jerome Hermann of North Dakota, were treated and released at RiverView Hospital in Crookston.
The accident occurred about 3:25 p.m.
