Victims of Friday collision identified

GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the names of two men who died as the result of a two-vehicle collision Friday in Pembina County.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. -- The North Dakota Highway Patrol has released the names of two men who died as the result of a two-vehicle collision Friday in Pembina County.

The vehicles collided at the intersection of state highways 32 and 66 and both drivers suffered fatal injuries. They are Brad Tracy Sigfusson, 44, of Gardar and Jeffery Todd Laxdal, 43, also of Gardar. Two children in the Laxdal vehicle, a 9-year-old and a 10-year-old, were treated at St. Ansgar's Hospital in Park River.

The Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
