FARGO - A 20-year-old man was being held in the Cass County Jail on Sunday night in connection with a pickup truck that crashed into a water hazard at the Fargo Country Club early Sunday.
Timothy Celander was being held pending a court appearance in Cass County District Court.
Celander faces a number of possible charges, including driving under the influence and giving false information to law enforcement, according to a WDAY TV report.
Fargo Assistant Fire Chief Leroy Skarloken said firefighters were called to the country club after a pickup truck was found submerged in a pond at around 12:20 a.m. Sunday.
He said firefighters donned survival suits to search the truck's cab and found no one inside.

Members of Valley Water Rescue were then called in to search the rest of the pond with sonar, but no one was found, according to Skarloken, who said authorities located the suspected driver of the pickup truck some blocks away from the country club.
