FARGO - North Dakota has made yet another top 10 list. This time the Peace Garden state comes in at No. 1.
An online publication recently ranked North Dakota as the No. 1 state for adults ages 18 to 24.
MoneyRates.com compared key factors like unemployment rate, nightlife, tuition prices and housing affordability.
The site says North Dakota earned its mark because of its strong economic conditions and 3.3 percent unemployment right for those 20 to 24 years old.
North Dakota State University officials say many students that graduate like to stay close to home.

"Family is very important to young people today," said NDSU Career Services Director Jill Wilkey. "So they would like to stay in that proximity where they can stay in contact with their family. So the Upper Midwest is going to be very attractive to many of the graduates we have at NDSU."
South Dakota, Iowa, Montana and Nebraska round out the top 5.
