Volunteers will clean up 22 state parks in Minnesota during the third annual Green Touch Day Saturday.
Members of Minnesota's Touchstone Energy Cooperatives and others will pick up litter, brush trails, plant trees and other plants and paint facilities, according to the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources.
Volunteers will receive a free picnic lunch.
Buffalo River State Park near Glyndon already has enough volunteers for the cleanup project, said manager Bernie Dohlmann.
