A note was found Tuesday afternoon in a West Fargo High School bathroom threatening that a bomb would explode there Wednesday, Principal Gary Clark said.

Clark said the note was found just before the end of the school day. The circumstances were similar to another bomb threat about two weeks ago, he said.

The building was checked with the help of the Cass County bomb squad Tuesday and also Wednesday morning, Clark said. The investigation didn't disrupt classes either day.

Students were held in their classrooms during the time the note threatened a bomb would explode, he said.

"We just made sure kids weren't passing between that time ... to be extra cautious," Clark said.
