FARGO-The first phase of work related to the Fargo water treatment plant expansion project will begin Monday.
Contractors will be cordoning off work areas and hauling in trailers.
Later in the week, Fourth Street between 13th and 14th avenues south will be closed. This stretch of Fourth Street will remain closed for the duration of the project.
Construction is expected to begin in early June.
