The works of Joe J. Bailey stand out as much as the Fargo artist himself. Pieces like the 5-foot long untitled piece seen here are still dwarfed by the former UND Sioux football stand-out who also uses masonite boards and doors as surfaces for his acrylic and oil paintings.
