Sunday - Wal-Mart's efforts to clean up comedian Ron White's latest CD, "You Can't Fix Stupid," are almost as hilarious as the recording's contents. The retail giant, the CD's official distributor, bravely tackled a task not unlike hiding a hippo behind a bouquet of daisies. Inevitably, the crackdown on obscenity fell short, with the censors mysteriously choosing to bleep out some four-letter words but leaving others alone. This scotch-swilling, cigar-wielding "Blue Collar Comedy Tour" veteran just wasn't cut out for wholesome family-friendly entertainment. But despite the crude humor, White has a way of coming across as a decent fellow. He performs 7 p.m. Sunday at the Fargo Civic Center. Tickets are $37.75. (701) 235-7171.
